I know I've been quiet lately, there hasn't been much to chat about or to show you, but this past week I decided to take a stitching break and do a little applique. I have been working on another applique project this winter, but I can't show it to you yet, but this one is just for me, so I can.
Here are the first two blocks of a new design I think I might call "Dance To The Music".
What do you think? I'm having fun with this one.

They look lovely Dorothy. Love the striped leg warmers and head band.
Hazel's block looks great, about half way through mine, getting there a bit slower this month. Work just seems to get in the way of my stitching time lol.

I have just received your parcel.
I don´t have enough words to explain how generous you are. How many threads , charms, charts... and the porcelain thimbles (you remember my collection!) All are so beautiful!!.
I tell you that all the threads you send me ( not DMC) can´t found in Barcelona and I´m very very happy. I ´m excited!!
By the way, if you still want the pink scissors I will send them tomorrow .

I am glad that you liked the scissor case and the two scissors.
Yesterday I sent you the pink scissors. You will receive them in a week or so. I think there are scissors in other colors but the shop always had in pink color.
