"Sweet Nostalgia" - November Block

It's that time again. I find it incredible how fast time goes by. There are only 40 days left till Christmas, and I still have so much left to finish! Oh well, maybe they will be ready for next Christmas. lol
For those of you that sent your prayers and good wishes for my Mother, thank you. She is home from the hospital now and working on getting some of her strength back. We are just taking it a day at a time.

Before I add the links to the new block I want to show you the October block done by Karine of http://turtlepatch62.canalblog.com/. Didn't she do a fabulous job? Thank you for sharing it with us Karine. Also, as I mentioned in my previous post, Jennifer of http://stitchanything.blogspot.com/ has very kindly set up a Flickr group for the "Sweet Nostalgia" B.O.M. So, if any of you have completed any of your blocks and would like to share them with the rest of us, please join the group and upload your photos. The link to the Flickr group is here http://www.flickr.com/groups/1229506@N24/. I really would love to see them.

And now, what you've been waiting for, here is the new block for November, titled - "Making Friends". The link to download or print the file is here.
For those of you having trouble with Scibd, I've made it available on 4Shared here.

Happy Stitching! Chat with you later.

SO glad to hear your mum's doing better. I'll keep her in my prayers. Thank you for the new block, I just love it! I have to get my Christmas gifts out of the way so I can do these, I'm feeling very selfish and just want to make them for ME instead of making things for gifts. *hangs head* I have my crayons all ready to color them and it's KILLING me, lol.

Thanks, Dorothy, for another lovely design!! They are so, so sweet! I haven't started mine yet but perhaps after Christmas, I'll begin. Good to hear that your mom is home and doing better. My mother has been having some health issues and will be having kidney stone surgery December 1st. Once again, thanks so much for the lovely designs!

Good to hear that your mother is improving.
Thanks for the block, another Marvilhosa.
I'm saving to do in January, when everything is calmer.
Good week.

Dolores.. you work so hard to get these fantastic blocks out in time I will have to get my..butt in gear to show you how much they are appreciated.
Everyone is doing so fantastic in them. I have to practice my stitch. I showed a friend and they agreed with me my stitching is not the best.. at least she was honest.LOL

Hi Dorothy,
Another wonderful block. Each time I see a new one I think that block is my favourite - until the next one LOL.
What a fabulous project it is.
I haven't even started yet due to one thing and another but hopefully in January when things are less hectic.
I'm sorry to hear your mom has been in the hospital and hope she is doing better now.
