Spring Is Here...

Today is officially the first day of Spring, and it is Mom's 93rd birthday!  We aren't able to have a family gathering to celebrate, as Mom isn't up to it, but we will have a little celebration later today, with cake and ice cream.

On the quilting front, I'm still working away on the applique borders for one of my new quilts, and have designed an applique border for another.  Hope to have some photos to show you soon.

    It's my Mom's 83rd birthday, too! As far as spring goes, though, it was snowing today and we might get 4 more inches tonight. Happy birthday to your Mom!
